Return and Refund Policy
We at Tech Supply Mart are committed to providing top-notch IT gear and associated goods. Even though we aim for total client pleasure, we recognize that there can be situations in which a return, exchange, or cancellation is necessary. The conditions and procedures for such cases are described in this policy.
1. Change/Cancellation
- Contacting our Customer Service team will allow you to change or cancel orders before they are shipped.
- Order modifications or cancellations are not guaranteed once the order has been prepared for shipment.
- Once production has started, custom or special order items cannot be canceled.
2. Non-Faulty Returns
- Only items that are unused, in their original packing, and in resalable condition are eligible for returns.
- Requests for returns must be made within 30 business days following delivery.
- Returns that are not defective may be subject to a restocking fee of 30%.
- Customers are liable for return shipping expenses, and shipping fees are not refundable.
Non-faulty returns are not accepted for the following items:
- Special order or customized hardware.
- Software licenses that have been opened or activated.
- Items with labels “Non-Returnable” or“Final Sale”.
3. Faulty Products
- Please get in touch with us within same business day of receiving a product if it is broken, defective, or not what was advertised.
- We might ask for video or visual proof of the flaw to confirm it.
- Once verified, defective products will be fixed, swapped out, or reimbursed without charging you extra.
- We will help you start the claim process if the manufacturer’s warranty procedure applies to your particular product.
