1. Change/Cancellation

  • Contacting our Customer Service team will allow you to change or cancel orders before they are shipped.
  • Order modifications or cancellations are not guaranteed once the order has been prepared for shipment.
  • Once production has started, custom or special order items cannot be canceled.

2. Non-Faulty Returns

  • Only items that are unused, in their original packing, and in resalable condition are eligible for returns.
  • Requests for returns must be made within 30 business days following delivery.
  • Returns that are not defective may be subject to a restocking fee of 30%.
  • Customers are liable for return shipping expenses, and shipping fees are not refundable.

Non-faulty returns are not accepted for the following items:

  • Special order or customized hardware.
  • Software licenses that have been opened or activated.
  • Items with labels “Non-Returnable” or“Final Sale”.

3. Faulty Products

  • Please get in touch with us within same business day of receiving a product if it is broken, defective, or not what was advertised.
  • We might ask for video or visual proof of the flaw to confirm it.
  • Once verified, defective products will be fixed, swapped out, or reimbursed without charging you extra.
  • We will help you start the claim process if the manufacturer’s warranty procedure applies to your particular product.
